GlowDesk provides an AI-powered missed-call text-back automation service for local businesses. Our service automatically sends SMS messages to callers who reach your business when no one is available, and uses AI to handle conversations and book appointments.
By providing your phone number and submitting through our website chat widget, you consent to receive SMS messages from GlowDesk. These messages are related to your inquiry or service request. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support.
GlowDesk offers subscription plans billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree to use GlowDesk only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. You may not use our service to send unsolicited messages or spam.
GlowDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
